All items are made to order, so I cannot accept refunds. However, I offer exchanges of equal or higher value within 7 days of purchase.

Jewellery returned to me must be unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

When ordering rings online, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct size is ordered.

Each item is unique. The handmade process may result in slight variations from product images, which should be considered natural in my making process.

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or faulty item, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the jewellery to notify me of the problem. I will respond promptly.

Please return the item securely packaged using a trackable, insured shipping service.
